Terms of Service

Zomba (zomba.se) is a picks service for friends and private groups. The service lets you create and join leagues and championships where you compete against others in predicting match results.

To use the service you must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Provide a valid email address.
• Keep your login credentials secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may use Zomba to:

• Make picks on match results within leagues you are invited to.
• Communicate with league members via the chat.
• Administer leagues if you have been appointed as an administrator.

You may not:

• Share offensive, hateful, or illegal content in the chat.
• Attempt to manipulate results, points, or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) against the service.
• Distribute malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the service.
• Create accounts for the purpose of harassing other users.

You are responsible for all content you post – chat messages, usernames, and profile pictures. Content must not violate Swedish law or the rights of third parties.

Zomba reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend accounts in the event of repeated violations.

The person who creates a league is the league owner and is responsible for the league's content and invited members. League owners may appoint administrators to help manage the league.

Zomba may remove leagues that are misused or whose content violates these terms.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may occur.

We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. We will notify you in advance of any significant changes.

The core features of Zomba are free to use. If paid features are introduced, this will be communicated clearly in advance, and you choose whether you wish to use them.

Zomba is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or interruptions to the service. Our liability is always limited to what is permitted under Swedish law.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at info@zomba.se. See our Privacy Policy for information on how long data is retained after deletion.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in a Swedish court.

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or via a message in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
